- Result Oriented as attainment of KPI has to be 100%.
- Target and deadline driven & Self-Motivated.
- MS Excel knowledge is a must
- Assist merchant over the call to understand the exact concern and providing the best
- Excellent communication skills – English (verbal/written).
- Internal team coordination over email/call.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Handle the merchant escalations interactively
